 System Requirements

• Intel Pentium or equivalent 1000 MHZ processor
• 512MB of RAM (1024MB recommended)
• 150MB of free disk space

Supported Platforms

Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows XP x64, Windows 2003, Windows 2003 x64, Windows Vista, Windows Vista x64, Windows 2008, Windows 2008 x64

Requirements

Computer that have Remote Installer installed must have:

• Started services: Computer Browser, Remote Registry
• Enabled File and Print sharing
• Ability to ping remote computers within 1500ms
• Local or Domain administrator rights to remote computers
• Ability to access ADMIN$ share on remote computers

Requirements for Remote Computers

Running Remote Installer against remote computers they must have:

• Started services: Computer Browser, Remote Registry
• Enabled File and Print sharing
• Windows Installer 3.1
• Open TCP ports: 135, 136
• Open UDP ports: 136, 137, 138
